There are two thoughts you have in your mindโ

๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฉ ๐ฆ๐.
Both these thoughts have a power to create two different realities

๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ- what if people get upset with me comes from a place of fear. You are afraid that people might get upset with you and then you try to appease them because you want to โfit in.โ
Or you spend your energy in proving yourself right, so that people donโt get upset with you. Do you agree?
๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ค ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ what if people always help me.
This thought comes from a area of faith and trust within you and you reflect those feelings. So whenever you ask for help, since you have faith within you, you will find people who are ready to help you when you ask.
Now what happens to your belief about people, it strengthens your belief that people do help and your faith and trust also gets stronger.
Why all this because ๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ค๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ, ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ (definitely I am talking about this one belief and this one area).
But the truth is that you have so many thoughts in a day (an average person has 60000 thoughts per day). And imagine what you are doing when you are creating thoughts of fear, anger, and resentment.

The added advantage would be that all of your positive affirmations will now start to work as the negative has gone and there is space for those positive affirmations.
